Yoga
– is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part
of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and
the adoption of specific bodily postures, is practised for
health and relaxation. Indian yoga codified from esoteric
practices that are thousands of years old. It has developed
several branches to accommodate different personality styles.
Yoga is also a system of meditation and postures (asanas)
that promote health and spiritual awareness. Combining breath,
movement and sound, Yoga is a safe, highly enriching practise
that can be followed by everyone. It rejuvenates the body,
increases vitality and trains the mind to be strong and
flexible in the face of stress and change.
As the global community becomes increasingly capitalistic,
the importance of the pursuit for spirituality grows. India
, its people, its infrastructure, and indeed its very soil,
encourages and breeds Spiritualism, allowing religions to
thrive, flourish and prosper........
